LC/MS/MS determination of seven herbicides – aminopyralid (CAS 150114-71-9), clopyralid (CAS 1702-17-6), picloram (CAS 1918-02-1), bentazone (CAS 25057-89-0), MCPA (CAS 94-74-6), MCPP / mecoprop (CAS 93-65-2) and 2,4-DB (CAS 94-82-6) – on an ARION® Plus C18, 1.7 µm column (50 mm × 2.1 mm, ARI-5720-BG21). Isocratic elution with 0.005 % formic acid / methanol 98/2 (v/v) at 0.4 ml/min, autosampler at 10 °C and column at 45 °C. Sample preparation: 10 ml of sample + 100 µl ISTD (10 ng/ml) + 100 µl 98 % formic acid, filtered through a 0.22 µm RC filter. Each analyte is confirmed with two transitions; the analytes elute between 2.5 and 7.1 minutes.
